Experience Matters
In our field, we are a bit of an anomaly. We are a small boutique law firm focusing on securities law for those involved in sub-prime markets such as the Pinksheets and Bulletin Boards.
We also:
- Represent Transfer Agents and are intimately familiar with their niche laws, rules and regulations; particularly interpleader actions, adverse claims, stop notices, issuer’s liens, and 144 rules (the new ones as well);
- Create business trusts (e.g. FASITs) and personal/family trusts, but do not venture into elder law;
- Represent investors from investment groups/clubs to registered hedge funds;
- Act as a project coordinator for reverse mergers;
- Act as Escrow Agent and/or Trustee for various matters;
- Act as a chaperone for attorneys in other jurisdictions and nations;
- Act as counsel to the profession for attorneys that may become ensnared in unfamiliar corporate, securities, or financial issues.
